Mad Pastry PH may have been opened only this December as a small and local food brand located at Santa Rosa City, Laguna; but Lloyd Jeremy Matias is optimistic it is going to go places.

And why not, when – at this point – the biggest challenge for him is dealing with the amount of orders coming in. This is, definitely, a “problem” that all businesses dream of.

“It took us two months in the making before going into actual production and selling, which is longer than expected for just a simple cookie. This is because our cookie is not that simple and common,” Lloyd said. 

Mad Pastry PH utilized his engineering experience coupled with some scientific knowledge and lots of trials and experimentation “for us to reach the right mix and formulation,” he said, with pride. 

The brand’s packaging is also very well thought, and Lloyd is just-as-proud to say that “we really invested money on it.”

In the end, though, the proof is in the cookie… so to speak.

And Lloyd agreed. “One must try our cookie, for them to really see what we are offering.”

Must-try include the classic chocolate chip cookie (PhP160 per half dozen box) and the fusion cookie, which is a combination of classic chocolate chip and black choco (PhP170 per box of half a dozen).
